As you can see we have a new look here at "My Point of View".  My apologies for the delay in getting this out, we had the newsletter ready to send then made a sudden decision to change the location where our newsletter resides due to some recent changes on our previous host site.  This new look has a bit more of a 'website feel' to it so as it turns out, all for the best giving the newsletter better organization and viewing.  You can navigate through the links as always, however now you may also click on a page from the pages listed at the top to view your favorite montly sections.  Okay, here we go!

With the Holiday Season quickly approaching, I wanted to provide you and your families with some great ideas and information to make your budget stretch as far as possible and keep that holiday spirit alive in your homes and hearts.  My Point of View; the Salon of Art Newsletter will offer coupons, gift ideas under $20, stocking stuffers and some great seasonal events for holiday entertainment! Our artwork is now on great gift ideas such as; Watches, Golfing Accessories, Travel Alarms, USB Flash Drives and more!

As always we've been busy here at the Salon. In the past month, we've been creating wonderful Holiday Cards and Gifts for our recently opened store PAWSitively PETrageous!! We also had the Grand Opening of Personal Expressions a store specifically for personalized designs and have added some Christmas card designs and great gift designs ready for your photos and name.

Alright, let's get to it then...November's featured Kid's Art Projects focuses on Thanksgiving! Art projects to help decorate the Thanksgiving table and help children think about counting their blessings. Just for Pet's Monthly features our brand new Photo Pet Mugs and Ossa's Favorite Things List. As always, we listed some great links to festivals and entertainment for the month of November to help your family celebrate the Harvest Season, and of course my monthly photography tip; Choosing a Digital Camera.

Orphan Acres: Equine Rescue, Rehabilitation & SanctuaryEstablished in 1975 by Brent Glover and still run by him today, Orphan Acres is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) farm in Viola, Idaho. The mission of Orphan Acres Equine, Rehabilitation, and Sanctuary, Inc. is to provide care and rehabilitation for abandoned, neglected, abused, and malnourished horses, while educating the public regarding the issues surrounding rescue and rehabilitation including all aspects of horse ownership and care.

Since their inception they have found homes for over 3000 animals! All work with the animals is done by volunteers. They are a 100% volunteer operation with no paid staff. Noah is Diana Harrison Biorkman's 5-1/2 yr old son. He is in the last stages of a 2 1/2 yr battle with Neuroblastoma Cancer. The family is celebrating Christmas next week & Noah just loves getting cards, his only request is to get lots of Christmas cards.
